おくむらけんじA few years ago, I bought this sake because I thought it was cheap for a pure sake. It was easy to drink and very tasty. After that, when I first drank Moribari, I thought the aroma was too gorgeous. However, once you get used to it, it becomes a habit. It was the first step from the old value system that says "plain and dry" is great to the new (in my opinion) wine-like sake. It has a nice sourness in the sweetness, and it was delicious cold (room temperature). When I heard various rumors in the company recently, I thought that the words "protect," "break," and "leave" implied the current situation. I think that a salty appetizer enhances the sweet aroma.
