It's been a while since I drank an otter👍.
I've been wanting to drink a lot of other sake for a long time, but this one is really good.
The aroma is fruity, the taste is clear and slightly sweet, and the finish is sharp.
I think it used to be milled to 50, but I wonder why it's now 45?

When you drink it, it's not fruity at all, it's like it's changing from being a halfway aged sake to a crisp, dry one! Great!

I think it's just a carbonated schwashower, but it's weaker than just a clear bottle crescent❗️
And the lactic acidity is better than last time!
