From right. The aroma is fruity and the sky tastes quite unique. I think the taste is different every year. It's fruity but goes well with food. It's sharp! Well, it's delicious ^^. The next one is Nama Genshu, which is already juicy clear! This is the sweetest and fruity one! The last one is 10 years old! This is yellow, old sake! It tastes just like it looks. And yet it's sharp. It is firmly Houraisen. This is the first time I drank it, but I don't like it.

My recent favorite, Hayaseura. The aroma is lactic acid-like. Is it like a yeast mash? It has a sharpness like Gohyakumango. However, it is very hard to drink. It's delicious! The best! with tempura and horse mackerel.

clean and dry (taste) Akishika has a lot of heavy type, but this is only summer sake.　It is best to drink it chilled! However, it is not easy to drink, and is completely a food wine. It goes well with vinegar dishes👍. It's very easy to drink and you will be drunk afterwards. 😋 YUM!!!

limited summer season The label is cool! Aomori! Fruity, but solid sake! Fresh and crisp! Perfect taste of Yamadanishiki! Denshu is very good.

It smells like yogurt! When you drink it, it's a Calpis Sour! It's so refreshing! It might be the first time to drink sake with 7 degrees alcohol. Is it an aperitif?

Junmai of Hayaseura! Maybe standard specs After drinking Daiginjo and Junmaiginjo, Junmai-shu This sake is the most fragrant and fruity! Banana This is an amazing Junmai! When you drink it, it's very refreshing and crisp! But the aftertaste is still Hayaseura! It is the best😁.

It's Daiginjo! The aroma is the same as Junmai Ginjo Saka Homare The bitterness comes immediately after the juicy sweetness. The end is dry! It also has a nice crispness! It's so good! My new favorite.

The scent does not stand up well. It is clean and dry. There is not much sharpness. It goes well with seafood after all! Let's try it lukewarm 😁.

I bought it at a liquor store in Gujo because it said it was only available at this store. It is full of alcohol from the aroma. It's so dry that it makes your tongue tingle! This might be a real super dry taste. You'll get drunk!
