I can't believe I can drink rice wine at home 😭 I remember being so impressed with that thought about 2 years ago. It was Junmai Ginjo Shirosei. This Hyakushikan Sakura is one of the richest and sweetest Tasake. It took me 4 days to finish it all, which is unusual, but I enjoyed it very much even on the 4th day 😊 Tasake is good after all~!

I waited for over an hour before the liquor store opened and finally got it! I was the last one to get a bottle of Sake Mirai 😅. This is a mellow sake, not like a Jikin. In other words, it is a bit sweet and heavy. I had the same feeling when I drank other brands of Sake Mirai. Sake Mirai, maybe I'm not good at it? 😂.

I bought it last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again this year. It is a collaboration between Miyagi's Yamawa Shuzo (Yamawa) and Shinzawa Brewery (Hakurakusei).
