I bought it last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again this year.
It is a collaboration between Miyagi's Yamawa Shuzo (Yamawa) and Shinzawa Brewery (Hakurakusei).
Not much aroma, no fizz, no acidity.
It is a little bit heavy? Mellow⁇ Slightly heavy? ⁇ Different from last year ⁇
Is it because last year's was from Shinzawa and this year's is from Yamawa?
Last year's impression was a soft, fluffy sweetness with a clean aftertaste. Hmmm...
I've been drinking a lot of "sweet and sour" lately, so maybe I'm feeling the royalty too much? 🤔
