My daughter gave me this sake for Valentine's Day. Fruity aroma, slightly fizzy. Rich sweetness, slight acidity. Bitterness and spiciness afterwards. Well, Zijin is still good 😋. 4.2

Aroma quite fruity. Foaming. Sourness, spiciness, bitterness, and then sweetness. It has a bit of alcohol, but it is easy to drink without feeling it. As you would expect from a sake brewery. 4.3

A collaboration product with BEAMS. It's lightly nigori and 13 degrees alcohol. I bought it because I'm a meeja 🤣. Slightly fragrant, fizzy, sour. A little dry, refreshing, and crisp. A little sweetness, easy to drink. 4.2

Foaming Sweet and sour, slightly bitter afterwards It tastes like a low alcohol version of Akabu, easy to drink and delicious! I also drank SNOW XMAS, but I can't tell the difference until I compare them together😅. 4.4

This is the second time I've had Lapidus in a year and a few months. The last time I drank it, I felt a strong alcoholic sensation and thought it was a bit heavy. This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Aroma: cotton candy, fizzy, sour, slightly sweet Bitter aftertaste. I thought it was similar to No6 and easy to drink. I don't know why, I don't know why🤔.

My daughter's boyfriend (what? He's a J-league player⁉︎) brought this sake when he came to greet us at New Year's. No bubbles, no acidity. Crisp, refreshing, and dry. Not much sweetness. It's like a good old-fashioned sake. 4.0
