⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Hououmida's Junmai Daiginjo, 30% polished, was my first time drinking it and it is quintessentially delicious. I had an image of it being sweet, but this is a refreshing type.
⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Nichijitsu Brewery in Kyoto, which does not have a brewery, borrowed the brewery of Shiraito Shuzo. It has a dry taste that flows smoothly over the tongue.
A souvenir from a Kochi resident who returned home for the New Year. I'm grateful for the sake from Shikoku, as I can't get it anywhere near here. The taste is quite dry and refreshing. ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎
Kutouryuu Kan-Tanoshi I tried it cold and warmed, but the taste was too light and not what I expected. However, when it cooled down, the taste became more robust and delicious. It's best served warm or at room temperature. ⭐︎⭐︎
One sip and it's tangy, spicy and slightly sparkling. It's a taste that you wouldn't expect from Jikin, but it's delicious. I'm very happy to pair it with my annual crab. ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎.
