KAMEIRAI Dry Junmai Hiroshima Hachitan This is a famous sake from Hiroshima with the same name as Nagano's Shinshu Kameari which has become completely famous. The price of Hiroshima Hassan is 1,100 yen, isn't it? Isn't it unbelievable? Opening the bottle. It was served at room temperature. The aroma is alcoholic, and it is a fair and honest sake. It has a slight sweetness, and after swallowing it, it becomes spicy. It's not unique, but it's quite delicious. We had it with Yakitori and it was a good match. I was not tired of drinking it, and it made me think I could handle it from start to finish with just this one bottle. I think it's a great sake that's cheap and tasty, and looks good even when heated. If you haven't tried it, it's a great sake that you should definitely try. I'm glad I bought it.

Shinshu Kameari Hitogochi Junmai My favorite and most popular KAMEIRAI. This is the third bottle of this Junmai I've had the good fortune to try. I love the balance of sweetness, acidity, alcohol, and bitterness. The bitterness is noticeable right after opening the bottle. I love bitterness, so I can't resist it. The more I drink it, the better it tastes. The more you drink it, the better it tastes. I'm deeply grateful to be able to buy this quality for a little over 2,000 yen, and toast to those who have left before me and to the rainy Uranbonkai.

A few years ago, when I was not deeply conscious of sake, but just liked it by feeling or intuition, I had a bottle of Buri no Saku in Matsusaka City. At the time, I was only vaguely aware of Saku, but I didn't remember whether it was Junmai, Junginjo, or Daiginjo, and I wasn't aware of it. After some time, I opened a bottle on July 10 and had it cold. It is described on the label as having a refreshing aroma and a sharp acidity, which is true. The same is true below. I would like to thank the fact that I can purchase a bottle for about 3,000 yen. Delicious. Sake helps me with my little weaknesses, and makes me feel like I have to work hard again tomorrow. I'm convinced that there are many people who feel the same way. If you haven't tried it yet, please do. It's not because it's alcohol that I'm helped. It's because it's sake.

It seems to be a sake brewed by a sake brewery on Sado Island using rice from Sado Island. Let's try it. It has a gentle sweet aroma like wasanbon. The mouthfeel is sweet and smooth. It has a slight alu taste. When you swallow it, it doesn't cut off quickly, but fades out with a gentle sweetness. It is a beautiful sake. We had it with grilled eggplant. It's delicious. It's fun to have so many different kinds of sake. It looks like we can still enjoy it. If you see it, please visit us.

It's my first time to drink Sanzen Sakura. I had a bottle that had been opened at the store. The aroma is not so much. The taste is sweet. Sanbon sugar? Wasanbon? It has an aroma like Sanonto? When you swallow it, bitter taste and astringent taste will come. It is very characteristic. The bitter taste wins the aftertaste. The confidence is moderate because you are drunk. I said a lot of things, but it is delicious. I'm glad if it's helpful. The whole family will be happy. If you are interested, please come. Please do!

I want it to be in my fridge at all times. I was so excited when I found it at my local supermarket, but when I looked at the price tag, it was 3,500 yen. It's too much. It's a hard to find brand in Shikoku. It is delicious.

I love this brand, Shinshu Kameari. I love it even more because my favorite person is from Nagano. I'm glad that it's becoming a difficult brand to get these days. It's sad. This is my first time to drink Junmai. The first time I drank it cold. When I opened the bottle, it was silent and slightly fizzy. A little fruity, then sweetness and bitterness. The bitterness lingers longer than the sweetness. Love the bitterness, and the rice flavor after the bitterness. This order is new to me. Junmai with Ginjo. Ginjo with Junmai. Recently, I've been soothed a bit by writing to Sake-no-Wa while enjoying some delicious sake. Bonito tataki, chicken thighs grilled crispy with rock salt and black pepper, asparagus, and bell peppers with greens. It's a daily comfort to see how it will change from now on. I also want to love the warmed Shinshu. I wish I could cherish the happiness of a moment. Oh, it's delicious. By all means.

My first Kabutomushi. Senkou is one of my three favorite brands, so I had high expectations. When I opened the bottle, it was a little pungent. The aroma is subdued. I can feel the lemon, as I often see in your comments. It's sweet lemon water. It's a sweet and sour taste. The sweetness gets stronger as it takes time out of the fridge. I'm impressed that the ingredients are rice and it does this. We had cooked dried gourd, roasted paprika with olive oil and salt, cucumber with myoga, shiso, vinegar and sudachi. I hope you will be careful not to drink too much because it goes down well when it is cold. It is a sake that is best served chilled in a wine glass. I don't think you need an appetizer. We want women who don't usually drink but are interested in sake to try it. I hope it will be a reference for those who want to drink it in the future. Mmmm.

Akatake is a big part of what made me fall in love with sake. This is my first Natsukasumi. As soon as you open the bottle, you can taste the alcohol. It is fruity and not too sweet. If I had to compare it to a fruit, I would say a pear. The visual effect of the label and bottle also made me think of ramune. I want people who don't have a good image of sake to try it.  I've tried it with ice, and I love it. The alcoholic taste is eased, and the slight sweetness, the fruitiness in the nose, and the coolness from the ice make me look forward to summer. I imagined wanting to do it alone on a hot evening when it was starting to get dark, until dinner was ready. It will definitely be gone by then, though.  I hope this helps those of you who are considering buying one. Delicious.

I've been wanting to try a TYPE 1 for a while now, and the popping sound of the bottle opening gives it a little lift. The fruity taste is restrained, with a little alcohol and earthiness. Before I drank it, I imagined it to be more fruity and sweet. The impression is rather hardcore. I had it with potatoes with boiled egg, salted kelp, chili pepper and fried pea with soy sauce and dried bonito flakes. I realized that I like the sake brewed with hard water as well as Yamagata Masamune. If it's good, I'll be able to finish a whole bottle. I hope it will be useful for those who want to drink it. It's delicious.

Yamagata Masamune Natsu no Junmai - Afternoon Session Yamagata Masamune is a safe bet in my brain. This is the first time I drank this sake. The aroma is soft and a little fruity, with a gentle bitterness, and finally a crisp finish. It is still my favorite. I drank it with sweet kimchi, boiled pork belly, and other slightly fatty foods, but it held me gently. Please try it if you see it.
