Opening the bottle. It was served at room temperature. The aroma is alcoholic, and it is a fair and honest sake. It has a slight sweetness, and after swallowing it, it becomes spicy. It's not unique, but it's quite delicious. We had it with Yakitori and it was a good match. I was not tired of drinking it, and it made me think I could handle it from start to finish with just this one bottle. I think it's a great sake that's cheap and tasty, and looks good even when heated. If you haven't tried it, it's a great sake that you should definitely try. I'm glad I bought it.
