Huayoukai purchased on 8/1/23/2011. The bottle was opened after about 2 months in the refrigerator! It starts out sweet like a combination of 🍍 pineapple and cotton candy, with a bitter finish that is delicious 😋. I'm looking forward to the new season of Huayangbao starting in November 😋.

Purchase directly at the brewery! Thick sweetness and bitterness come at the same time, and you can taste the 🍍 pineapple feeling at the end. Completely different from Takachiyo's Gold: ‼️ Ginpu, I love it 😋.

The first Shinsei I drank at home became a flax cat 🐈. The bottle was opened with a sense of tension! One sip... Delicious with apricot-like sweetness and sourness 😋. I felt a slight bitterness at the end. Shinsei at home is the best!

I've always wondered about packaged sake every time I see it at the liquor store. I didn't really notice the aroma. The first sip is tropical fruit, pineapple🍍 sweetness with just a hint of sourness. It is refreshing. It is also delicious 😋.

Isshaku-Suisei Sake Mirai Junmai-Ginjo Aroma... I don't feel it...(sense of smell is weak?) The first sip tastes like 🍍 pineapple, The first sip is ↪S1F34D↩pineapple-like taste, then it moves to astringent taste and it is tightened up. I wonder if it's like a lighter version of Huayouyasumi. I wonder if it's like a lighter version of Hana-yoso.
