I was attracted by the cool jackets at Kaldi and bought it to try. Sasaki Sake Brewery is said to be the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki. When it's cold, the alcohol aroma comes first rather than the ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the alcohol first, and then the dryness of the acidity and bitterness. If you try it warmed up, the aroma is still alcohol in the foreground, but you can also smell fruit. The taste is round with a hint of rice flavor behind the acidity, and yet it is crisp and dry. When it is lukewarm, it has more sweetness, umami, and roundness after the acidity, and it has a solid taste. Personally, I prefer to drink it lukewarm. In any case, it's a casually refreshing sake that doesn't interfere with food.

Chiba-bound series. I've been wanting to visit Fujihira Sake Brewery for a while. We stopped by when we went to the beach! This time I bought two kinds of sake, the second of which was the owner's recommended brand, Fukuhuku Junmai Omachi 60 Straight Draw Unfiltered Raw Sake. The color is a little yellowish with a little bruise. The aroma is mild but refreshingly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the thick sweet and sour taste of Muscat, but you can also feel the umami. The tangy spiciness makes the aftertaste refreshing. The lingering bitterness that remains slightly invites you to take the next bite.... Unstoppable... Good drinkability + clear aftertaste = you will want more! It's a nasty sake! This one is also a repeat!

Chiba-bound series. I've been wanting to visit Fujihira Sake Brewery for a while. We stopped by when we went to the beach! This time we bought two kinds. The first one is a standard brand that's popular at restaurants, Tokujunmai Yamada Nishiki 55% polished. By the way, the sake cup is a Fukushuku Nico-chan. The aroma is not that strong, but it's not too strong. Is it orage? You can see the fine grains. When I put it in my mouth, I thought, "Hmm? Fruity? While making you think "fruity?", it changes to umami supported by the sourness and bitterness that you feel in parallel. And then, it has a speedy sense of speed that quickly recedes. However, the taste is firmly burned into the memory, and it is a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for more. It has a solid balance of flavors and a sense of speed that refreshes. I think this is one of the brands that should represent Chiba. I liked it a lot! I'd like to try many others as well.

Sake no Wa Chiba Ranking No.1! This is Sono-Sangiku, the main target of Chiba-bound series. First, I chose True White. The aroma is of fruit, which raises expectations. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweetness with instantaneous power, a gentle acidity and a slight bitterness with a tangy gas. While leaving a little more bitterness, it leaves a cool aftertaste and recedes. It has a light mouthfeel and a refreshing presentation. It's easy to drink. I like it! If you ask me "What is the best sake in Chiba? If you ask me, "What is the best sake from Chiba?", I can confidently recommend this one! It is a beautiful sake with a cool feeling.

Iinuma Honke, Shisui City, Chiba Prefecture It is Chiba's sake but bought at Takatsuya of Ibaraki Prefecture's sake. The color is slightly amber. The aroma is fruity. It reminds me of a sweet and fruity sake. When you put it in your mouth, you get a fruity impression with sweetness and sourness, but it soon becomes sour and bitter, and you feel fullness. The overall impression is of a sake with a gentle sweetness and fresh acidity. I chose a popular brand in Chiba's sake blame, but this might be a hit. I'm not a fan of sweet and flashy sake, but this one has a sweetness followed by a bitter acidity that finishes it off quickly, making it surprisingly easy to drink. It also has a salacious side that goes well with dried cranberries. You gotta check out the Kinoene series!

Dark color like aged sake! I get excited while pouring it. The aroma has the sweetness of rice. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness covers the sweetness for a moment, and the spiciness and umami spread slowly. It is a solid sake with a deep flavor that is different from the popular ones. I love this kind of sake! This is definitely a delicious sake! A definite repeat! Colorless and beautiful in appearance. The aroma is faint and does not interfere with the meal. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads for a moment, but soon the umami, richness, and spiciness spread. In the end, it is a bitter and spicy sake. It is said to be a summer sake, but it is not light and has a solid impression.

Purchased at Moriya Sake Brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. Atmospheric sake brewery founded in Meiji era. Friendly and homey shop! You can enjoy tasting at the shop! This sake is quite unique! In a word... Strawberry Bitter Chocolate! It's not an exaggerated expression, it really is. The sweetness and sourness are wrapped in the bitterness immediately after that, and it remains in the tongue slightly. Then, it changes to a spicy taste and goes away quickly. It is a matured sake made by letting the company's Hyakunen no Shizuku sake sit for two years, so it has a rich and full flavor. And the alcohol is 19 degrees! It's a new genre of sake. It is a new genre. This Strawberry Bitter Chocolate with 19% ALC has me hooked. I'll try it on the rocks. Honjozo Alcohol 19.5 Sake content 5 Acidity 1.3 720ml 1,700yen

Purchased at Moriya Sake Brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. Atmospheric sake brewery founded in Meiji era. Friendly and homey shop! You can enjoy tasting at the shop! This dry junmai has a sweet and sour taste on the palate, but because it is aged as an original sake, it has a solid umami taste along with a bitterness that quickly fades away. It is a good sake to drink cold. The overall impression is of richness and bitterness, and it has the atmosphere of old-fashioned sake, which is different from those in fashion today. Moreover, it is a unique sake because it has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees, which is different from the beautiful name of Maizakura. It is my favorite sake, because I like thick sake! When you come to Chiba Kujukurihama, this is the liquor store you want to visit! Junmai Ginjo Alcohol 17.5 Sake degree 5 Acidity 1.3 720ml 1375yen

We waited for a sunny summer evening to open the bottle. I waited a few days after delivery because I didn't want to drink it on a cool day in the rainy season. First, let's drink it straight. It has a sweet taste with a slight sourness, and the flavor spreads and disappears quickly. Because of the high alcohol content, the sweet and sour taste has a punch. Then on the rocks. As it is called a "rock" sake, I feel it is more differentiated from other sake. The sweetness flows smoothly, but the sourness and umami, especially the umami, are smooth, but you can still feel them. It's delicious! Easy to drink! I can't stop! From the impression on the label, you might think it's a sweet fresh cider-like sake, but no, no, no, this is a solid umami sake. But it's a great sake that you can drink with ease. At Sakeno Nabedana in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture. It's a Nabedana's PB 358IG sake with undisclosed specs. It's recommended to drink chilled, and the packaging is also interesting, so we bought it as we were told. Gas feeling Fruity sharpness A fresh and fruity sake like a sweet white wine. The sweetness changes as if it starts with Muscat (or maybe pear) and finishes with grapefruit. It is made by Igarashi Shuzo. The name "Tenranzan" is written on the crown, so is it the same as Tenranzan Unfiltered Raw Sake Direct Pumping? It's fruity, fresh, and gorgeous, and I wonder if I'll be reading about the Great Gatsby on summer afternoons when I drink this sake chilled. It's almost summer.

At Sake no Nabedana in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture. I had other things in mind, but I thought it would be nice to tie in with some local Chiba sake, so I bought a bottle of Nabedana's best sake. The color is slightly amber. The fruity taste spreads at first, and the spicy taste finishes with a sharpness. The bitterness that lingers at the end makes it difficult to choose the best dish to drink with it, but it goes very well with oysters simmered in the sea! You can buy oysters in the sea at Sakeno Nabedana, so I recommend it!

Kenryo standard. I bought this because I was very comfortable with the black pine kenryo. Slight amber color. After a slight sourness, the sweetness spreads and is derived from the umami. In parallel with the derivation, there is a light numbing spiciness that finally fuses with the bitterness and recedes quickly. It blends into the dish like an additional seasoning. It goes well with sweet and firm dishes such as stewed pork cubes and stewed pork cutlets. Kenryo is delicious after all! It is a good sake including the cost. Pale amber, slightly thick. It has a peculiar aroma. A little sour, sweet and dry, tasty, bitter and full. It is very rich. It does not linger so much, but it is addictive. I love this sake!
