I was attracted by the cool jackets at Kaldi and bought it to try. Sasaki Sake Brewery is said to be the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
When it's cold, the alcohol aroma comes first rather than the ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the alcohol first, and then the dryness of the acidity and bitterness.
If you try it warmed up, the aroma is still alcohol in the foreground, but you can also smell fruit. The taste is round with a hint of rice flavor behind the acidity, and yet it is crisp and dry.
When it is lukewarm, it has more sweetness, umami, and roundness after the acidity, and it has a solid taste.
Personally, I prefer to drink it lukewarm.
In any case, it's a casually refreshing sake that doesn't interfere with food.
