MNBX
Kenryo standard. I bought this because I was very comfortable with the black pine kenryo.
Slight amber color.
After a slight sourness, the sweetness spreads and is derived from the umami. In parallel with the derivation, there is a light numbing spiciness that finally fuses with the bitterness and recedes quickly.
It blends into the dish like an additional seasoning.
It goes well with sweet and firm dishes such as stewed pork cubes and stewed pork cutlets.
Kenryo is delicious after all!
It is a good sake including the cost.
