MNBX
Chiba-bound series.
I've been wanting to visit Fujihira Sake Brewery for a while. We stopped by when we went to the beach!
This time we bought two kinds. The first one is a standard brand that's popular at restaurants, Tokujunmai Yamada Nishiki 55% polished.
By the way, the sake cup is a Fukushuku Nico-chan.
The aroma is not that strong, but it's not too strong.
Is it orage? You can see the fine grains.
When I put it in my mouth, I thought, "Hmm? Fruity? While making you think "fruity?", it changes to umami supported by the sourness and bitterness that you feel in parallel. And then, it has a speedy sense of speed that quickly recedes. However, the taste is firmly burned into the memory, and it is a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for more.
It has a solid balance of flavors and a sense of speed that refreshes. I think this is one of the brands that should represent Chiba.
I liked it a lot!
I'd like to try many others as well.
