MNBX
Purchased at Moriya Sake Brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture.
Atmospheric sake brewery founded in Meiji era.
Friendly and homey shop!
You can enjoy tasting at the shop!
This dry junmai has a sweet and sour taste on the palate, but because it is aged as an original sake, it has a solid umami taste along with a bitterness that quickly fades away. It is a good sake to drink cold. The overall impression is of richness and bitterness, and it has the atmosphere of old-fashioned sake, which is different from those in fashion today. Moreover, it is a unique sake because it has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees, which is different from the beautiful name of Maizakura.
It is my favorite sake, because I like thick sake!
When you come to Chiba Kujukurihama, this is the liquor store you want to visit!
