Sake. It is not a sake, but a craft sake made with sake. It is already a blood orange as you can see! It also contains plenty of pulp. The blood orange juice has a slight sake aftertaste. In case you are wondering, the alcohol content is 5%, but if you are not told, you can hardly feel the alcohol. It's a bad drink that you can drink as much as you want! (In a good way) It will taste even better if you drink it with desserts.

It was served cold. 6 years old sake. Yamabuki color. Yogurt-like aroma. From the moment you drink it, the flavor spreads in your mouth with a smoky distilled liquor-like aroma. I was a bit nervous when I heard it was an old sake, but it is very tasty, leaving a nice sweetness in the aftertaste! I would like to drink it with rich cheese.

Pale golden yellow. Fresh apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is light, followed quickly by a fresh taste in the mouth. It has an apple-like sweetness. It has a sweet aftertaste with sourness. It is like apple juice! Somehow, the color of the liquor also looks like apple juice lol. I would like to drink it with an aperitif or appetizer. It refreshes me, so it might be good as an after-dinner drink. I could recommend it to those who say they don't like sake. Pairing with a meal A small plate of refreshing tofu→○ Small tomatoes→○ Sweet potato paste → △ Potato salad→○

It was served cold. The color is slightly yellowish. Slightly cloudy. The aroma is fruity, like apples. There is also a slight yogurt-like aroma. The mouthfeel is rich and mellow, and the flavor spreads quickly in the mouth. There is also a hint of sourness, but it goes away quickly and is not unpleasant. Compared to Shinkame Junmai-shu, it gives the impression that this is sake. The aftertaste is long. It seems to go well with any kind of food. Personally, however, I would prefer it if it were not a pure sake. Pairing with food Salted squid→ ◎ Ponzu sauce with red bean guts→○

Almost colorless and transparent Fruity aroma like apple Fruity acidity runs through it, giving it a crisp and clean sweetness. The sweetness is different, but people who like otters will like it. I would recommend it even to those who say they don't like sake.

Clear and colorless. Mild aroma like yogurt. Smooth drinking and light flavor. It has a strong acidity, but it is well balanced and goes down smoothly. Even when heated, it does not become too bitter and gives a sense of umami. It is drier than at room temperature. It does not have a long aftertaste and can be served with a wide range of dishes. I would like to pair it with yudofu (tofu) and motsu nabe (hot pot with vegetables) in the coming season.

Winter-only cold-zukuri early vat. 30.9 percent. Almost colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma like melon. It has a soft mouthfeel and a light flavor that fills the mouth. The sweetness is followed by a slight dryness at the end. It is a bad sake that is too easy to drink and can be drunk as much as you want. (In a good way). I had it cold and it is crisp and delicious. Compatibility with the food I tried to match it with Small package→X Filet of pork cutlet→X Croquette → ○ Cured ham Cream cheese Of course it goes well with cured ham and cream cheese, but it is surprising that it goes well with small package and croquette.

The color is a deep golden yellow. The aroma is like rich cotton candy. The taste is soft and rich, with a lingering sense of umami. It is said to be medium-dry, but personally, I feel it is sweet. It is easy to drink, with no unpleasant peculiarities. A mellow sake. It should be served at room temperature or warmed to bring out its umami. Especially good warmed. I would pair it with something salty like salted fish.
