The attack is weak, with a soft texture. The smooth sweetness and refreshing acidity spread in the mouth and disappear quickly with the sweet aroma. Refreshing sake.
It has a crisp, clean taste, so it can be served with a variety of dishes.
When heated, it remains refreshing, but the umami and sweetness are enhanced, which is also delicious.
When served cold, the acidity is a bit more pronounced than when served chilled.
Personally, I prefer it heated or chilled. I especially liked it heated.
