San-no-Koshu, which I drank on a sake brewery tour when I lived in Niigata.
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it has a strong sake taste.
But it doesn't leave an aftertaste, so you can drink it in spurts.
Thanks to my wife who bought it for me as a souvenir.
When I wandered into Isokura Sake Brewery's store in Asakusa, the atmosphere was such that I couldn't leave without buying a bottle, so I tasted and bought one.
I had been drinking only sweet sake, so even a little bit of dry sake makes me feel a sense of sake.
As I kept drinking it, I got used to it and it was easy to drink.
Purchased at Mie Terrace as it won the 2022 Gold Medal at the Delicious Sake in a Glass of Wine Awards.
It is sweet, fruity and pear-like, I guess.
It is easy to drink, and when it tastes good, it comes out naturally!
I bought 300ml, but I should have bought a little more.
