Esshu参乃越州 純米吟醸
RYO32San-no-Koshu, which I drank on a sake brewery tour when I lived in Niigata.
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it has a strong sake taste.
But it doesn't leave an aftertaste, so you can drink it in spurts.
Thanks to my wife who bought it for me as a souvenir.
