I dropped by Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo on my way home from a business trip. It has an aromatic, fresh aroma like melon and a sweet taste that is not cloying. Yet, it was refreshing and did not leave too much of a residue on the palate. It was very delicious!

Nama-zake made with Bodhi yeast Melon-like aroma and fresh taste However, it is clean and neat. Slightly effervescent I love it! Too delicious!
