Jikin Kimoto Akitsu Yamadanishiki Kioku A bottle of enjoyment that has been laid down for a reason. Nice ^ ^. The aroma has a hint of sweetness. It has a slight tanginess and acidity like Kimoto, but it also has sweetness ^ ^. It was a delicious bottle with gentle sweetness, acidity, and bitterness that is typical of Jikkomoto.

Sono Kangiku OCEAN99 light nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake Unlike the usual Kangiku, the first impression is a moderate sweetness ♫ But as the temperature rises, the sweetness still comes out ^ ^. My favorite local sake for the last day of work tonight! Hanazono's Active Nigori! The aroma is subdued, with a hint of melon. It is nigori, but with a moderate gaseous taste. I love this one ^ ^.
