Two nights in a row, it's Eiko Fuji, but tonight it's Junmai sake.
It is one word: delicious. It is an unfiltered raw sake orikara.
Last night it was Eikoufuji's Daiginjo, but personally, I prefer tonight's Junmai sake.
First of all, I like the gaseous feeling of the first sip.
Then, there is a refreshing freshness in the full-bodied feeling that is typical of orikarami.
It's a delicious sake that you can drink as much as you want.
