Red Label Nanbu Bijin has a pleasant mouthfeel I thought the soft sweetness and smoothness on the palate I thought it was good. The green label Junmai Ginjo was of course but it had a slight scent of ginjo that The ginjo aroma goes down your throat and into your nose. The ginjo aroma is very strong and pleasant to drink. Chilled, it goes down your throat well. There is no hint of it there.

I found the last bottle at my usual Bishukudo I immediately bought it... I took out the bottle of wine that had been in the fridge I let it sleep for a day and said good night. I found this at Iwakuni Kintai Airport on my way back from a business trip. I heard it was selected as the sake for ANA international first class flights. I bought it on the spur of the moment, and after returning home, my wife and daughter had a sake review session. The sake had a clean, crisp taste with a hint of ginjo aroma. I thought of sakes to be drunk in the sky. There is another bottle of sake, which I will upload later. It was a refreshing sake.
