Red Label Nanbu Bijin has a pleasant mouthfeel I thought the soft sweetness and smoothness on the palate I thought it was good. The green label Junmai Ginjo was of course but it had a slight scent of ginjo that The ginjo aroma goes down your throat and into your nose. The ginjo aroma is very strong and pleasant to drink. Chilled, it goes down your throat well. There is no hint of it there.

I found the last bottle at my usual Bishukudo I immediately bought it... I took out the bottle of wine that had been in the fridge I let it sleep for a day and said good night. The next day, I was light on my feet as I left for work. I imagine a glass of wine when I get home from work... It was a hot day, but I was able to enjoy a crisp and cool with my favorite glass cup of sake. I sipped it with my favorite glass cup. I wonder if this is how people in the past This is how they enjoyed sake. Fruity but firm on the palate You can feel the certain umami at the back of your tongue It goes down your throat smoothly. The interesting thing is that as time goes by cool to chilled, from chilled to cool to cool From chilled to room temperature the flavor and aroma increases. I have come to understand the pleasure of drinking over time. I have come to understand the pleasure of drinking over time. I think this sake is better served cold but it is better to drink it cold. but sometimes it is better to enjoy it this way.

Love at first sight with the bright red bottle More than the usual special junmai Ginjo aroma is soft and fluffy Gazing at the shimmering bottle swaying in a thin glass cup The sake is so sweet that it makes me sick to my stomach. Sipping from one cup to the next, my vision wobbles Tonight, too, it's getting late It was delicious, but I think the royal road is the usual special junmai

I found this at Iwakuni Kintai Airport on my way back from a business trip. I heard it was selected as the sake for ANA international first class flights. I bought it on the spur of the moment, and after returning home, my wife and daughter had a sake review session. The sake had a clean, crisp taste with a hint of ginjo aroma. I thought of sakes to be drunk in the sky. There is another bottle of sake, which I will upload later. It was a refreshing sake.

My eldest son who was transferred from Hachinohe to Sendai He was recommended to me by my eldest son who was transferred from Hachinohe to Sendai. It was so smooth on the palate with Soft and subtle acidity and a slight peachy sweetness that spreads and a sweetness like a peach that spreads. I wondered if Nanbu Bijin was like this kind of woman. With my head beginning to get inebriated I happily drank it all up. When I want to drink at a leisurely pace I would like to have a bottle of this wine again.

I saw your evaluation of Morishima. I, who live in Ibaraki Prefecture, couldn't help but drink it. I had to drink it, so I sought out First Morishima. I was involved in Hitachi on business, and I remembered those days* 11 years ago. I took a sip and sipped it again, thinking about the sake breweries that did not exist back then. I enjoyed sip after sip, thinking back to the sake brewery I enjoyed sipping sake again and again, thinking about the sake breweries that did not exist back then. It was dry, crisp, refreshing, and fresh. and freshness on the palate. and freshness in the throat. while enjoying the occasional sweetness. Finished a bottle today. A good sake is like an aphrodisiac like an aphrodisiac.

A colleague at work recommended it to me. I bought it at my usual liquor store. It is rather sweet and tasty. You can taste the sweetness of the rice. It has a rich taste. As a person who prefers a light and dry I thought it was a little sweet, but I thought it was a little sweet. As I drank it, it went from sweet (amai) to to delicious (is this synonymous with sweet, too?). Although I am not a sake drinker who can talk about it I felt the sweetness to be umami. That was my impression.

I saw your comments here and I was thinking I'd like to try it. Dawn at my usual liquor store. I found a number of Abe's Kan. First of all, let's start with the basics. Here is a basic one. Soft junmai flavor and a slight ginjo aroma. After that, it goes down smoothly and smoothly. It is a stress-free sake that goes down smoothly. I didn't know such a sake existed! While reading everyone's various comments I was nodding my head as I read everyone's comments. I found myself nodding my head in agreement with the words, like a bar where you can talk about your thoughts. I thought to myself, "I love this one! I found myself emptying a four-pack of sake in the blink of an eye. I found myself emptying a four-pack of sake in the blink of an eye.

I came across a Yamahai-brewed rice wine. It is always sitting in the refrigerator. It is a tasake that is always sitting in the fridge. and a full mouthfeel, and a smooth from the throat to the feeling of being passed through the nose. The taste is a little bit opposite to the taste of the sake with its It has a muffled, aromatic aroma. It has a deep sweetness that brews It makes you feel It became a cup of sake. Sake goes well with food. It is a marriage of food and sake.... I believe that The complicated menu includes fish paste, fried edamame cucumber and chicken broth, and pork belly, Chinese cabbage, and spinach. There is no reason why it should not go well with a salty meal It is not a bad idea to have a salty meal. Swiss, Swiss, Swiss. The speed at which it reaches the bottom of the pot is Driving twice as fast as usual. Thank you again for the food today.

As I read your comments here. I used to live in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. I had to drink Senkori and Houou Mita. I went out to my usual liquor store. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of sake it would be! I let it sit in the refrigerator for two days and quietly uncorked it! It's a screw cap, so it's hard to open the bottle... Watching the light pale color with a glass cup A faint fruity aroma that tickles the nostrils. Weak acidity on the tip of the tongue and a slight gassy sensation that is typical of unpasteurized wine A slight gaseous sensation and a fresh sweetness that wafts softly and unexpectedly. Fresh sweetness Sake is difficult to describe. I thought to myself I was urged to have another glass when it passed my throat. leaving a lingering aftertaste of weak bitterness and quickly fades away. It was also a very picturesque sake.

Nishida Sake Brewery, a familiar name at our house. Always sitting in the fridge waiting for Nomidoki Nomidoki. Not too light like a light dry sake, not too heavy like a ginjo. It is not too light like a light dry sake, but not too sweet and heavy like a ginjo. The aroma is gentle on the palate The sweetness slowly disappears as it passes the throat. After passing the throat, it slowly fades away with a full-bodied sweetness. I am a beginner in the taste of sake. I'm a beginner in the taste of sake, but that's just the way it is. I hope I can drink what I think is good for me and tastes good. I wish I could drink what I think is good for me and tastes good. drinking well chilled rice wine with a thin glass cup with a thin glass boar's mouth It's one of my weekend pleasures.

Today we are comparing Omotehasen and Urahasen! It's really fun! Omotehasen is refreshing and tasty, but but the Ura (raw) has an aromatic flavor. It is also delicious. But it is not as sweet and rich. but it is not so sweet and rich. Otokoyama, also by Hachinohe Shuzo, is extremely dry. It is a very dry sake, and I think it is for the right drinker. Hachisen (back) is 50% polished rice and 16 degrees alc. It's a quintessential raw sake! It is still a dry and smooth sake. It is not a full-bodied umakuchi, but it is a soft drink with a slight aroma. but it has a soft mouthfeel with a hint of fragrance. I keep sipping it over and over again and wonder when I will be able to get I don't know when I'll get drunk. Before you know it, a bottle is empty... It is such a sake!
