As I read your comments here. I used to live in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. I had to drink Senkori and Houou Mita. I went out to my usual liquor store. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of sake it would be! I let it sit in the refrigerator for two days and quietly uncorked it! It's a screw cap, so it's hard to open the bottle... Watching the light pale color with a glass cup A faint fruity aroma that tickles the nostrils. Weak acidity on the tip of the tongue and a slight gassy sensation that is typical of unpasteurized wine A slight gaseous sensation and a fresh sweetness that wafts softly and unexpectedly. Fresh sweetness Sake is difficult to describe. I thought to myself I was urged to have another glass when it passed my throat. leaving a lingering aftertaste of weak bitterness and quickly fades away. It was also a very picturesque sake.
