Old stock again now. This is a normal lot of last year's production. As expected, the freshly made delicacy has weakened, but it has hardly deteriorated at all. I don't drink much sake these days, but it's so good that I can't resist drinking it. It is one of the best sake.

It's been a long time since I've had sake. It was given to me by a local acquaintance of the sake brewery, so I drink it. The aroma is of banana and melon. The taste is strong alcohol and rice flavor. There is also a hint of gas. Postscript A little while after opening, the flavor increased and a juicy fruitiness like grapefruit and lychee came out a little, making it even more delicious.

貴醸酒特有の濃厚な甘味、八朔のような酸味や、黒糖やメロンのような風味も感じられ、熟成感もある。 最近飲んだ中では花巴の水酛×水酛が近いかな。 食事も何でも合う。 炭火焼き赤鶏、酒盗クリームチーズ、納豆が抜群にマッチした。 最高。

米の旨味と青リンゴのような果実感、スパイシーな香味がある。 美味しい。 開栓後2日目、青リンゴの風味がリンゴのような風味に変わった。 若干熟成感もあり。 開栓後5日目、果実感は弱まり、旨味が増している。 苦味も感じられるが、味はまとまっていて嫌味は感じない。 後味に若干ピリッと辛味がある。

2年前に贈答用に買ったものの結局家に置いてあった物。 長期氷温熟成酒だが、さらに家で2年常温熟成する事となった。 元よりも黄金色に色付き、古酒特有の風味になっているが、他の古酒のようなくどさは無く、舌に溶けていくような飲み心地は地球の感じだった。
