It's been a long time since I've had sake.
It was given to me by a local acquaintance of the sake brewery, so I drink it.
The aroma is of banana and melon.
The taste is strong alcohol and rice flavor.
There is also a hint of gas.

A little while after opening, the flavor increased and a juicy fruitiness like grapefruit and lychee came out a little, making it even more delicious.
