Happy New Year! The first bottle of the New Year is from Tenmei no Leapgo. It is a junmai daiginjo, orikarami honmai, a special brand released once every four years. The ratio is 30%! It has a very gorgeous, fresh aroma, just the right amount of sweetness and umami, and is very drinkable. The price is high, but it is definitely worth it. It's extremely tasty!
