Very fresh and lively. Not quite fizzy, but a little tangy on the tongue. But there is almost no acidity. It has the umami of Hououmida, which I usually drink. It has quite a punch, so it goes well with yakiniku (grilled meat) and iburigakko (pickled ginger).
Purchased at a liquor store in Tendo as a Yamagata souvenir. Slightly effervescent, with a slight tanginess on the tongue. It is refreshing, but has a robust flavor and is delicious. After a while after pouring it into a glass, the bubbles disappear and the taste seems to have completely changed.
Purchased at a liquor store in Tendo as a Yamagata souvenir. It was also sold extensively at a roadside station. Slightly sweet and refreshing. It seems to be good as a food sake. But I think it tastes a little light for me.
