It seems more "sake" than the Houou Mita I usually drink. The label says it is creamy and gentle, and it is indeed like that. Personally, I prefer other labels.
My first snowman. It was more shwashy than I expected. After mixing the precipitated turbidity slowly, I opened the bottle and it blew out 😆 The sweet flavor and fizziness are more pleasant than the acidity. It is a sake that you can drink too much of.
Very fresh and lively. Not quite fizzy, but a little tangy on the tongue. But there is almost no acidity. It has the umami of Hououmida, which I usually drink. It has quite a punch, so it goes well with yakiniku (grilled meat) and iburigakko (pickled ginger).
