Melon and Muscat? It's fruity and rich, but the mouthfeel is very light and not overpowering at all. It is so light that you can drink it with a mug of wine without having the feeling of being caught in the throat or the spike of alcohol. After a little while, it becomes slightly tangy and then disappears. It is a sake that is hard to find.

The first day I opened the bottle I could clearly taste the melon flavor. The spikiness of the alcohol is assertive, and I felt it was slightly difficult to drink. The impression is a little uneven. The fourth day after opening the bottle, the alcohol becomes less assertive, and it seems to have come together. The melon flavor becomes milder. 10 days after opening the bottle: It is different from the first day. The whole becomes coherent and easy to drink. It is regrettable that there are only a few bottles left. It might be good to leave it this long after opening the bottle.
