Easy to drink sake It is rich rather than refreshing. It doesn't linger and the scent disappears quickly. It's easy to pair with anything. Also good warmed. Yogennotori. I hope that Corona is heading in the right direction.

The ginjo aroma is subdued and slightly fragrant. The taste is sweet on the palate, but the acidity is well balanced. It doesn't stay on the palate. Easy to drink, it feels like a clean drink. Delicious.

I got the impression that it's a very drinkable food poisoning drink. There is no ginjo fragrance, so the aroma is subdued. When you drink it, there's a touch of alcohol, but it's also sweet. Low acidity and lingers on the palate. Well-balanced and will go well with any meal. I guess it's still fish. Bonito, for example. I drank it at room temperature, but it might be better to drink it cold.

Rice developed in Yamanashi Prefecture, Ihyakugawa Sake made from rice that is not sake rice The aroma is fruity and mellow. There's a lingering alcoholic taste of sake in the aftermath. The acidity is moderate and strong when you drink it. It's a sake that brings out the best in the rice used It's complete enough.

名前の通り力強い なのに香りはほのかにフルーティー ふくよかながらあとに引かない余韻 甘さはありながら引き締まっていて旨い 日本酒度と酸度のバランスが良い感じ 冷やしてすぐより涼冷えくらいが香りも立ってきて美味しかった
