Refreshingly fruity! This sake is very easy to drink. The label described it as having a lemon-like acidity, and it is indeed refreshing to drink with citrus acidity and a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. It went well with rape blossoms and enoki tempura.

Brewing forest, no doubt in our family! It is certified. On the first day, we had pizza and other Italian dishes, and it was poured mainly with the supernatant and had a clear, acidic sweetness that was perfect. On the second day, it was poured with more lees and the taste changed to a sake-like flavor, making it perfect for salads and Japanese food, especially grilled fish. It is a very good sake.

I saw it at Tokyo Station and bought a packet. It had a refreshing aroma like citrus fruits (mandarin oranges⁈), and my impression after taking a sip was also citrus freshness like mandarin oranges with a hint of sweetness. It was a sake that would go well not only with Japanese food, but also with punchy Chinese food. Although it does not have a strong personality, surprisingly, once I started drinking it, it was gone in no time.

This is an electric chrysanthemum, the second of two that I have secured. As soon as I removed the black resin around the crown, the crown popped off. I was surprised to see that the fermentation had progressed while it had been laying there for a while since I bought it. It was so tangy and shrieky, it was like drinking a sparkling wine! When the lees are mixed with the wine, the flavor becomes richer and more intense, which is also delicious. Next time I buy this wine, I will let it sit for a while before drinking it again!

The aroma is very nice. The alcohol content is low at 13%, so you can enjoy it lightly. The bitter taste was a little stronger in a fuller glass, but in a straight glass, it was refreshingly sweet with a hint of bitterness, which I liked.
