This is a nigori sake from KANHOKUTO.
Nigori sake gives the impression of being sweet, but this one is crisp and dry, just like KANHOKUTO.
It is also delicious.
The waiter told me to be careful because it would overflow, and I was careful, but it overflowed more than I expected.
It was very easy to drink. However, it also had a strong flavor, and I would definitely like to repeat the experience.
I bought it thinking it would just be easy to drink because it was a junmai daiginjo, but I found it to be more drinkable and sharp than I expected. This one will be a repeat purchase.
I recently learned that it is located in a quite neighborhood, about 15 minutes by car.
The flavor spreads as soon as you drink it. There was nothing wrong with the sake, and it made me want to repeat the experience.
I could not find time to drink it, and when I drank it a few days later, the taste had changed. It was a waste...I will be careful.
