Rather melon? Freshness and juiciness. This is one of the strongest bottles in the costa. I had it with cold sake, and it has a strong bitterness of rice. The bitterness also leaves a lasting impression!
I just noticed that it says on the label that it has a sharp taste when warmed to room temperature. Maybe it would have been better to drink it a little warmer? I'll try it at room temperature next time!
