My favorite Azuma Tsuru's high-end line✨The rice is 100% Aizan. The aroma is mild, but it smells like grapes 🍇. From the first sip, the sweetness of the wine is so sweet ❤️💜I wonder if it's a high quality grape juice? The sweetness is followed by a firm acidity that will make your cheeks sizzle 😚✨✨✨✨Yummmmai❤️☺️❤️

Aroma of pineapple with a hint of pineapple 🍍. The taste is much less sweet than the aroma suggests ☝️ Clean sweetness, crisp acidity😊very smooth and crisp👍 I think I like all Hachitan-Nishiki sake: ❤️

Mmmmmmmmmm 😆❤️✨ Slightly subdued ginjo aroma. When I took a sip, I thought it was crisp, but then ☝️ it was just a big rush of sweetness and umami. 💗💗💗💗 The opposite of sparkling and modern, it's just so sweet and umami that I couldn't help but groan 😋✨✨✨. This is so good 🤩You have to try it!

Today, I paid my first visit to the Katsunichi Shrine ⛩️ 🙏. So here is today's sake, of course. What a pure sake ✨✨✨✨! The aroma is mild, the rice polishing ratio is only 35%, and the purity of the water is the first thing you feel rather than the umami of the rice 🩵. The taste was crystal clear and pure 🙏✨✨.

Tenmei Nakadori No. 2 It's already No. 2 ✨I'll follow it to the end👍 This one has a much milder aroma. It smells like amazake with ginger 🍶The concept is called "dry and light". I'm determined 👍 to complete everything from zero this year😤. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma is mild green apple 🍏 cucumber 🥒. When I drank it, wow, the Tenmei color was in full bloom 😆✨. I feel like this is what it would taste like if it were sweet citrus like sudachi or kabosu 💚It's refreshing but still sweet and delicious 😋✨. I tried mixing the tailings with it and it became more juicy green citrus 😋⤴️ The tailing is a feature of this year? It's quite bumpy. It makes the taste richer, but it doesn't make it any less refreshing 🥰✨. Delicious 😋✨✨✨✨

My favorite low alu series from Takachiyo❤️, Shintakachiyo✨! The A type was strawberry, but this Ntype is sweet plum 😋❤️❤️ is sweet and a little sour 🥰Hah 💖 delicious 😋It's supposed to be a daytime drink but for me it's perfect as an aperitif👍I tend to drink too much 💦.

On the palate, ah 😆 still a hint of yogurt🩵✨. And when I smelled it again with the tailings firmly entwined, the yogurt came forward 👍✨but what is this glossy aroma ❤️ not just a yogurt 🥰 🕵️ eh aroma 🥰. When I drank it, it was lactic sweet and sour on my tongue💖but not too sweet at all🩵Yummmm 😋.
