Junmai Ginjo Aizan This is a Tsurumei that has been aged in the brewery's snow room. The normal Tsururei is delicious, but this one also has a fruity aroma and is really puffy the moment you drink it. #home-drinking #night drinking

The reprinted version of Ski Masamune label is said to be from the postwar Showa 20's. It is a little dry, umami and refreshing. It is easy to drink. The easternmost sake brewery in Honshu is located in Choshi, Chiba Prefecture. It is rich and a little dry, but it is light and goes down easily. It was very light. You can buy a 4-gallon bottle for about 800 yen, and I think it's a great sake for a nightcap. #sakenowa #house drinking
