Chichibu-Nishiki Cup - Cold. It's slightly dry and thick, but it goes down easily.
It went away before confirming the taste... (^_^;) The aroma is moderate and easy to drink. It is a candidate for evening drinking. I'd like to try it warmed up next time #sakenowa #house drinking

The easternmost sake brewery in Honshu is located in Choshi, Chiba Prefecture.
It is rich and a little dry, but it is light and goes down easily. It was very light.
You can buy a 4-gallon bottle for about 800 yen, and I think it's a great sake for a nightcap.

This may be my first experience with Kochi sake... . I learned today that there is a yeast called CEL24.
When you open the bottle, it has a fruity aroma. It's delicious with a hint of sourness and a light, sweet taste.
Tokyoites can buy it at the event space in the B1 Japanese and Western Sake Corner of Tobu Ikebukuro Department Store until January 13.

Tsururei Junmai Shiboritate (I accidentally took off part of the label... ) Unpasteurized, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake. Only available in winter (December to March). I bought this because I enjoyed it when I tried it at the Ponshukan in Echigo Yuzawa. It is fresh, rich, light and dry. Delicious.

Kuradashi Junmai Sake
A limited time sake available for purchase at Izakaya Seiryu by Corona Uzushi.
It is drier and drier than the regular sake. It is also very expensive, less than 1,000 yen for a four-ounce bottle. It will make your evening drink progress.

Kinjirushi (ordinary sake)
Due to Corona Uzushi, the brewer started to sell it at Izakaya Seiryu, so it seems to be more accessible. You can only drink Seiryu at Izakaya because you can't find it at the supermarket. We are happy to be able to taste the taste of the big Tokuriki for 720 yen. It has a refreshing sour taste and is not that spicy. The price is cheap, so it's the best for a nightcap. If you live in Tokyo, there is a shop near the station, so it is easy to buy it now without mail order. You can drink it cold.

スーパーで買える甘口日本酒。
大関の極上の甘口に比べるとこちらの方が甘さは控えめな印象。磨き50でコクとキレが良い後味あっさり系大吟醸。近所のスーパーでは1000円でお釣りが来ました。良いと思います。辛口愛飲してて甘口試すなら大関よりこちらの方が入りやすいかも。

名前の通り実際甘い。とはいえ後味はしつこくなくほのかに酸味もある。
大きいスーパーにたまにおいてある。見た目はワインみたいなオサレ感。
1本1000円くらいでお手頃。甘いやつが飲みたくなったらこれ。
