This is my second bottle of sake for New Year's. I love this sake from Otaru brewery in Hokkaido. I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of this type of sake.
This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store in Kyoto. It has a slight sweetness and a crisp, clean taste. It was a delicious bottle. It was a sake that was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking it.
100% Yamadanishiki, 100% low temperature matured and unpasteurized. In the mouth, it is fruity, refreshing and light. It has a nice sweetness that remains in the mouth. It is a delicious sake.
Left-handedness is a slang term from the Edo period to describe a drinker. The name comes from the word "left-handed" which refers to the left hand holding the chisel used by carpenters as the drinker. It was very easy to drink and delicious.
I like this "left-handed" one the best in Toko.
It is a dry sake with punch. It goes well with food sakes. They say it goes especially well with octopus dishes.
I was attracted by the label and bought it.
I learned about it from an izakaya in Okayama Prefecture.
It has a nice label and has become a classic summer drink for the past few years.
It's delicious with a nice mouthfeel and a refreshing sweetness.
I drink it chilled to the bone and enjoy the label.
The aroma of apples is fresh and the mouthfeel is like wine, but the sweetness of the sake spreads in the mouth after drinking.
It is a delicious sake.
This is saketaku's sake of the month.
This month, we're going to enjoy the flavors that go with the drinks.
The drinking vessel (wine glass) arrived with it.
+19% alcohol by volume and 19% alcohol by volume.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it's tingly on your tongue.
It's a delicious, dry drink ✌️.
The first drink was a normal one.
The second drink was served on the rocks with ice floating on it ✌️.
But it's better to drink it straight than on the rocks.
Tosa Sake goes well with strong flavored meat dishes
It went well with pickles.
This is my first time tasting it. Not fruity but easy to drink and leaves a light sweet taste after drinking. It seems to go better with meat dishes than sashimi.
It was a delicious drink with a robust flavor and sparky feel. The quart was sloshed out of the bottle. The sweetness of the drink spread in my mouth after I finished it.
