How it was purchased: Recommended by a female acquaintance. She said she drinks it as a reward. Impression; I drank it cold. The first impression is that it has a strong sweetness, but the plum and sake (ginjo) flavors are absorbed without a pause. The sweetness lingers in the throat after drinking it cold, so I think it is just right with water or on the rocks, or with carbonated water. Even those who don't like alcohol can drink it if you mix it with water. Next time (next week), I would like to drink it cold and mix it with various drinks.

Purchased during a tour of Toko's sake brewery. It is the only plum wine in Japan to have won three plum wine competitions. It is soft on the palate and has a unique and distinctive aroma that lingers in the nose. Yet it has a robust flavor. It is moderately sweet and has a unique taste that is unlike anything you have ever had before, making it addictive. It is a unique flavor, so there may be different tastes. I prefer it on the rocks, but the staff at the store says it is also delicious with carbonated soda. I would like to pair the rest with cheese or cured ham.

I bought this at the souvenir corner when I went to Toko's sake brewery in Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture. The staff was very polite and helpful, and we were able to tour the brewery, which I would recommend as a tourist attraction when visiting Yonezawa. It is dry, but how easy to drink. Is it easy to drink? It has no spine. You can drink it easily. It doesn't have that much of a sake aroma either. I thought this was Daiginjo. It costs about 3,000 yen for 720ml. It is a little difficult for a beginner to drink.

I bought it because it was sparkling at a liquor store in Yamagata. It's so good. It was smooth on the palate, more like a pear than a plum, and yet it had a sake flavor. The aftertaste is like Japanese sake. I bought the 500ml and drank it on the rocks first, but after taking a sip, I was like, "What a waste! So I immediately decided to drink a soda. It's already gone😭 If it's gone, I'm going to repeat it, with an eye on 1.8l this time!
