Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu It drank clear when I opened it, but a week later I drank it again and it's quite fruity! Rich... It's so soft and easy to drink! Delicious!

It's labeled as super spicy, but it's very easy to drink No weird, thick taste, and it's neat. Also, the flavor changes 180 degrees with temperature. I like mine chilled to a kink.
