Sake rice is Ginpu. Slightly dry. Slightly dry, with rice umami and acidity.
The label seems to have changed since the new brewing building was built last year.
It does not say how many years it has been aged, but it has an aroma of maturity. The color is slightly yellowish.
It has a sweet aroma and a sour taste. The aftertaste is refreshing, but a little sourness remains in the mouth.
