I finally got to drink it, Beetle. I really love Senkou! First of all, the aroma is sweet and refreshing, like white grapes. And when you try it, it's surprisingly fresh! The foam is rather strong, but it goes away quickly, and immediately after that, the elegant sweetness of white grapes and apples rushes in. The aftertaste doesn't linger and it doesn't get too sweet, so you can have as many glasses as you want, it's seriously delicious! Fukurokuju (Ichibaisuijo) and Takagi Shuzo (Jyushiyo) are senior and junior brewers at Tokyo University of Agriculture, so it is said that this collaboration was born. It tastes very fresh and refreshing, probably the easiest to drink of all the Isshaku-Suisei I've had. I like the understated banana-like aroma, and the balance of sweet, sour, and bitter is perfect! I first came across it in a shop and bought it straight away! I drank it after another sake, so I may not have been able to taste it correctly, but for a sake with such a high aroma, it went down my throat without any resistance at first, and then a sweetness that was not persistent came flowing out. In Shinsei, the flavor of the rice is suppressed to the point where you honestly don't feel it, and the fruity flavor wins out. The x type also has a sweetness (like nectar from flowers?) First time ever! I enjoyed drinking it. First of all, thank you for leaving this drink in the store. The freshness of the first Shibori is overflowing. It is the only sake made from Zuiho gold (all of which is made from rice) in Japan They say it's the earliest variety to be harvested in the Northeast. The taste is light and smooth, and the flavor of the rice spreads in the mouth. Then a gentle sweetness creeps in. The rice is really sweet, unlike the Shinsei rice. My first kiyoshu is Hinotori of Shinsei I've been admiring it for a while now and thought it was extravagant, but I can't keep it forever, so I finally opened it. As for the taste, hmmm, I don't like it very much, lol. It's sweet and boring, like vanilla. It's just fine if you want to get a drink at the store, but it's hard to open a quadruple bottle. I finally got to drink the Shinsei Green Label! A fantastic sake that is only available in supermarkets in Akita Prefecture It's a miracle if you can find one, since they only get a few bottles in a few months and the timing of their arrival is undefined. It's the only locally brewed sake in the world that is available in a four-bottle format at Shinsei! What a luxury to enjoy the taste of Shinsei for only 1,800 yen without tax, even though it is a bottle of sake! This is my first time drinking this, but it has no gasiness that you see in No.6 and the smell is fruity and understated, just a sip and you get a fresh flavor like a Japanese pear with a slight acidity. I felt that. I'd stock up on as many bottles as I could buy, but I don't know how long it will be before I see them again. It was a valuable experience. ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ 2000yen(1.8L)
