I finally got to drink the Shinsei Green Label!
A fantastic sake that is only available in supermarkets in Akita Prefecture
It's a miracle if you can find one, since they only get a few bottles in a few months and the timing of their arrival is undefined.
It's the only locally brewed sake in the world that is available in a four-bottle format at Shinsei!
What a luxury to enjoy the taste of Shinsei for only 1,800 yen without tax, even though it is a bottle of sake!
This is my first time drinking this, but it has no gasiness that you see in No.6 and the smell is fruity and understated, just a sip and you get a fresh flavor like a Japanese pear with a slight acidity. I felt that.
I'd stock up on as many bottles as I could buy, but I don't know how long it will be before I see them again.
It was a valuable experience.
