Fukurokuju (Ichibaisuijo) and Takagi Shuzo (Jyushiyo) are senior and junior brewers at Tokyo University of Agriculture, so it is said that this collaboration was born.
It tastes very fresh and refreshing, probably the easiest to drink of all the Isshaku-Suisei I've had.
I like the understated banana-like aroma, and the balance of sweet, sour, and bitter is perfect! The balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness is perfect! All the flavors are basically subdued, but they support each other well!
The alcohol level is normal, but it could be lower.
It's great!
