I finally got to drink it, Beetle. I really love Senkou! First of all, the aroma is sweet and refreshing, like white grapes. And when you try it, it's surprisingly fresh! I drank it after another sake, so I may not have been able to taste it correctly, but for a sake with such a high aroma, it went down my throat without any resistance at first, and then a sweetness that was not persistent came flowing out. I finally got to drink the Shinsei Green Label! A fantastic sake that is only available in supermarkets in Akita Prefecture It's a miracle if you can find one, since they only get a few bottles in a few months and the timing of their arrival is undefined. It's the only locally brewed sake in the world that is available in a four-bottle format at Shinsei! What a luxury to enjoy the taste of Shinsei for only 1,800 yen without tax, even though it is a bottle of sake! This is my first time drinking this, but it has no gasiness that you see in No.6 and the smell is fruity and understated, just a sip and you get a fresh flavor like a Japanese pear with a slight acidity.
