My first kiyoshu is Hinotori of Shinsei
I've been admiring it for a while now and thought it was extravagant, but I can't keep it forever, so I finally opened it.
As for the taste, hmmm, I don't like it very much, lol.
It's sweet and boring, like vanilla.
It's just fine if you want to get a drink at the store, but it's hard to open a quadruple bottle.
I want to know if I'm not a fan of Yoonotori or the noble sake itself, but I'm not going to give it a shot in the future.
