I first came across it in a shop and bought it straight away!
I drank it after another sake, so I may not have been able to taste it correctly, but for a sake with such a high aroma, it went down my throat without any resistance at first, and then a sweetness that was not persistent came flowing out.
In Shinsei, the flavor of the rice is suppressed to the point where you honestly don't feel it, and the fruity flavor wins out.
The x type also has a sweetness (like nectar from flowers?) I could feel it very much.
