I was finally able to drink Hanamaru (Omachi)!
It is said to have been made under the guidance of the 14th generation (Takagi Shuzo) in Yamagata!
First of all, it smells so gorgeous when you pour it into the bowl, it's amazing!
When I drank it, it was like the sweetness and flavor spread out in my mouth all at once and faded away gradually, but it wasn't as sharp as I thought it would be.
I'm glad I got to drink it, I want to conquer Hanamura with all the sake rice when it comes to this!
