The earlier direct pumping is rounded. It does not have the farm-fresh feel of naoikumi, but rather the image of a fine industrial product.
I think it is a very well-made sake.
Compared with the original Manotsuru. Manotsuru is sweeter and more aromatic. This is the one to drink on its own, while the Maryo is the one to pair with food. Personally, Manotsuru is more palatable, but both are delicious!
It is dry but has sweetness and umami. It is a pure sake, but it does not have that "just like it should be! It is a dry sake, but has sweetness and umami. Good as a food sake with strong flavored food. Paired with crab cream croquettes and cold yellowtail.
Discreet aroma that does not interfere with food
Dry, yet satisfyingly rich in flavor and sweetness
Most recommended sake by local people on Sado Island.
Great as a food sake (especially for Sado's food)
