A gift from a person in Sado Island. It is said to be a sake made by a female brewer who thought of it from scratch. 100% Koshitanrei. Polishing ratio 50%. Junmai Daiginjo. Limited edition sake.
The sweetness is sharp! Sharp and rich! A mysterious experience. Goes well with food with strong umami. Also tastes great on its own. It has a deep nostalgia. I have the impression that Koshitanrei has a "sake smell" in the latter half, but this has none.
I am sorry to say this, but 3,000 yen for this is a good price. I want people who think Niigata sake is like water to drink this.
