Compared with the original Manotsuru. Manotsuru is sweeter and more aromatic. This is the one to drink on its own, while the Maryo is the one to pair with food. Personally, Manotsuru is more palatable, but both are delicious!

It is dry but has sweetness and umami. It is a pure sake, but it does not have that "just like it should be! It is a dry sake, but has sweetness and umami. Good as a food sake with strong flavored food. Paired with crab cream croquettes and cold yellowtail.

This is a gem of Senju sake that has been aged from summer to fall to mellow it out. This is delicious. Refreshingly strong.
