MicroBubble, the first Tasake
As the name suggests, this is the first sparkling sake!
It is also low in alcohol content (15 degrees), making it a very easy to drink aperitif-like sake!
First Akita sake in a long time!
It is said to have a mild taste due to slow maturation in the snow.
It certainly has a mild taste and goes well with sashimi!
There is a label warning you to open the bottle, and a slightly fizzy feeling when you open it.
Sake is clear and easy to drink!
Nabeshima is still delicious!
I visited Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery on my way back to my parents' house and bought Hana-no-Kou, which seems to be sold only in Kumamoto!
It was a very different sake from the one I had produced in my hometown!
Recommendation at a newly pioneered store.
Usually comes in after fire-refining, and this raw sake is rare.
A refreshing sake that goes well with food.
